This model of the "Akira bike", or Kaneda's powerbike, is still in the production stage blog Otaku2.com points out, so the final version might be slightly different.
The bike's cowl can be removed and underneath there is a detailed engine and working, pressure sensitive dampers. What's more, the front wheel is attached magnetically, making it possible to take it off hassle-free.
The electric LEDS illuminate the wheels, blinkers, head and tail lights as well as the bike's center console. The engine is movable and plans are to have it emit the bike's original engine noises. This is a sample, so finalized details are forthcoming.
