I already feel like I could look at Planet of Lana’s trailer all day, as the platformer’s hand-painted art is lovely to look at. The debut game from Wishfully Studios, Planet of Lana focuses on a young girl and her animal companion as their gorgeous green home is invaded by mechanical beasts. Navigating this once peaceful world is full of puzzles, stealth segments where you hide from these invasive machines, and doing all of the above with the help of your…what is this companion? It’s got the demeanor of a dog, the tail of a chameleon, the body of Lechonk. Ultimately, it’s shaped like a friend. Planet of Lana is coming to PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
