So, girl got in trouble for referring to somebody who stole from her by an insult that didn’t involve any swear words, like “a**hole”, or as potentially offensive as “d-bag”?

Not hitting him, not even shoving him, possibly not even insulting him directly? Unless I’m missing something it seems to me like the kid has a fairly good grasp on how to safely vent. I’d argue the kid should be commended, or is this like some martial arts school where she was supposed to beat the crap out of the thief?
