Great Cascade is an open world game where characters remember and react to your decisions. It’s not like in, say, Mass Effect or The Witcher, where things are scripted. Everybody has their own traits, memories, and goals, all of which are randomized. It’s on Steam Greenlight right now, and it looks really cool.

Sounds kinda cool, but I’d have to get more information before I’d buy something like this. As with all PGC (procedural generated content) (especially non-environmental stuff) there’s always a big change it’ll be boring and lifeless (just think about Bethesda’s random quests in Skyrim/F4).
