It’s official. Your school’s cafeteria sucks.
According to China News, China.com and Hangzhou News (via ShanghaiIst), Zhejiang Gongshang University in China recently opened a 37,674 square-foot cafeteria, able to seat 800 patrons.

ShanghaiIst notes that the cafeteria severs both Chinese and Western dishes.

The university planned to redo the cafeteria, and it decided that covering it in Hello Kitty was the way to go.

The cafeteria is shouldn’t be that big of a surprise given China’s love of the Japanese character—that, and the fact a Hello Kitty theme park opened in Hangzhou earlier this year.
