Considering my only memories of playing the N64 were of playing in large groups and eating a ton of shitty food, this custom console build seems very practical.
It sees an N64 stuck inside a table, with the controller leads built in under the surface of the wood so that there’s no tangling. This also means that the space between the controllers and the console can be taken up by pizza boxes and drinks, not a mess of cables.
The in-laid Mario in the middle just rounds it all off. It was designed and built by Mark Haggett, and you can see a full run-down of it over at MAKE.
