With decades of gaming’s most iconic offerings at their fingertips, MachineGames has no end of material with which to craft secrets scattered throughout Wolfenstein: The Old Blood. Here’s what we’ve seen so far.

Note: If you don’t want to spoil the goodies tucked away inside Wolfenstein: The New Order’s standalone sequel, turn away now. There is no shame in fleeing.

Okay, now that those shameful cowards are gone...

The Quake 3 Rocket Launcher

The very first Easter Egg we encounter in the game is dangling from the keychain of the sweet ride B.J. wakes up in during the opening sequence.

That’s the Rocket Launcher (in all caps) from Doom 3, for those of you playing along at home.

Old School Posters

I’ve run into these in several place so far, but the first place these Wolfenstein 3D posters show up is when you first enter the tram during the first level. Ignoring your escort, run downstairs and look out the window facing the building.

Then continue ignoring him, as he is incredibly boring.

Mmm, Delicious Nuka-Cola

What’s Nuka-Cola, you ask? You shouldn’t ask that. Just act like you know.

Fallout’s signature beverage appears as an option in the vending machine in the castle proper, once you’ve finished your tram ride. Note the mascot for the drink below it as well. Seems like a cool guy.

The Dragonborn Helm

To survive The Old Blood’s first major shootout, be sure to grab the random Skyrim helm hanging out on the desk in the office area.

Unfortunately it’s only more armor, and does not give you the power to shout apart Nazis.

The Wolfenstein 3D Dream Sequence

Seems like there’s one of these in every id-related game, doesn’t it? This one’s in a bed in the crazier part of the prison in the first chapter. I’ll let YouTuber TheRealSpoons be your guide.

The Grammar Nazi

Naughty Gaming found this Easter egg while wandering through a wine cellar. I wouldn’t have lasted two seconds without shooting them.

The Cacodemon Doll

Perhaps Cacodemon chew-toy would be more appropriate, as NeoSeeker’s IcarusAbides found this adorable version of Doom’s roly-poly enemy in a doggy bed.

That’s what we’ve got so far. What secrets have you found swimming about The Old Blood?
