Via Twitter k_sawada0731, let's see how the characters in the original anime opening stack up with a modern take. The remade credits sequence appeared in Lupin the Third vs. Detective Conan: The Movie, which was originally released in 2013 but just aired on Japanese TV.

To be fair, the characters in anime look different from the original manga. Though, the Lupin the Third vs. Detective Conan movie does offer a perfect comparison that spans four decades.
