DISCUSSION

For people who find that their eyes get sore staring at a screen all day (be it for work or gaming), I highly recommend the Gunnar glasses. I have a pair that I wear at work all the time, and they're very light/comfortable, and do a great job at reducing the eye strain I get.

I used to use them at home while gaming on my LCD monitor, but now that I have a calibrated plasma at home, I've found I don't need them for that anymore. It does seem like they help make the colors more "realistic," though. Either way, a good investment for those who need them.
