The Kotaku crew spent last weekend at PAX East 2014, and we saw a whole bunch of great games. Take a look at some of the best games we saw, along with other great videos from this week on Watchlist.
One of my personal favorite games was, unsurprisingly, the one where the developers gave me delicious dutch cookies. Tina and I played, though you'll get a better idea of how the game plays by watching her play with the developer himself.
Evan took a look at Miegakure, a game that renders its maps in 4 spacial dimensions instead of our petty 3 dimensions.
Tina and Evan also played Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, a co-op game where two people pilot a spaceship through dangerous areas using far more controls than they have crew.
Jason took a look a Hyper Light Drifter, a beautiful action-adventure game that we're all eagerly waiting to get our hands on.
Darkest Dungeon, a dungeon crawler where your heroes get depressed and have panic attacks.
Meanwhile, at not-PAX, Tina and I played Life Goes On, a puzzle game where you sacrifice adorable knights to allow other adorable knights to reach the goal.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
Ever wonder how DayZ bandits get started? Not like this.
Trials Fusion just came out this week, here's how to unlock some secret challenges.
Did you want to see Metal Gear Solid V's trailer re-created in GTAV? Well someone did, and here it is.
Having trouble with PvP in Dark Souls 2? Try this guide to parrying.
We've also got a new world-record Half-Life speedrun, at just over 20 minutes.
And finally, a slam dunk from outer space in Kerbal Space Program.
Watchlist is where we show off gameplay of new and upcoming games. You'll see some videos that aren't on the front page of Kotaku, and hopefully some games you haven't seen before!
