The new Xbox 360 design—in stores today, says Microsoft—features a design consistent with the one-half-glossy/one-half-matte look of its successor, the Xbox One. It also bridges future with present by having the same price as all current Xbox 360 models.
The new look will be available in all current formats: $199 for the 4 GB version; $299 for the 250 GB bundle and $299 for the 4GB bundle that includes Kinect.
Further, Microsoft said that Fable III was made free to download earlier today for Xbox Live Gold subscribers "to celebrate E3 in the month of June." Gold subscribers will get two free games per month leading up to the launch of the Xbox One in November.
