Seeing as The Sims 2 was still all over the PC sales charts, it should surprise none of you to find that the release of The Sims 3 sees the game dominating two of the three major PC listings.

It's only the Steam charts holding out against the gibberish-speaking virtual humans, and only then because you can't buy the game over Steam yet. If you could, it'd probably be right up there.

I mean, look at it. Even the Mac versions are up there!
