While there are plenty of people who game on just the one system, a lot of others like to have options. This controller uses the asymmetrical joystick layout for an immense amount of comfort. It has all of the buttons you’d expect from a good controller, along with a couple of bonus ones for good measure. You can customize all of those as you want, allowing you to fine-tune every game to your liking. You can also use it with PCs, the Nintendo Switch, and Android devices, so you’re going to be able to use this with most gaming platforms without any issues. It’s great if you’re looking for a controller that can do all of that.
It also has a lot of excellent features on top of that. The 2-way trigger lock allows you to set how far you need to push the triggers to get a reaction, which can help when you need a speedier response. It has a mechanical D-pad for amazing control options even if you don’t like the joysticks, and it has two motors for really immersive vibrations as well. The 1000Hz polling rate can really help as well, as it means that your inputs will go through instantly, and the only limit is likely to be the response time on your monitor or TV. All of that and the battery life still manages to impress.
This is an incredible controller, especially while it’s down to just $26. Sure, it’s not a huge discount, but the price was so low to begin with that we don’t see that as being a problem. If you’re looking for an extra controller with a lot of flexibility, this is your chance.
