It was clear that Mike was having some difficulty getting through the concert at the Hollywood Bowl referenced in this song, but he and the rest of the band and performers kept their heads up and put on an amazing tribute that would make Chester proud.

Chester's death was the first time I was emotionally affected by the death of someone I didn't know, and it's no surprise: I've been listening to Linkin Park since the early 2000s and never stopped. Their songs aren't just musically entertaining; they're always very relateable too, and they've helped me get through some tough times. Case in point, One More Light became an anthem for fans after Chester passed, and helped us process it. It's no wonder that the whole music industry seemed to react when we lost him.
