The Nintendo Switch 2 is really showing off at the moment. Just this week we’ve had two Directs showing off all manner of different games to look forward to. Even if you’re not looking forward to shiny porcelain Link, there’s updates galore and Kirby in the Truman Show coming soon. It’s a very good time to be a Nintendo fan, but it’s a very bad time to end up with a broken charger. If you need to get a new one, or you just want to pick one up to make you life a little easier, then now is the time.
As long as you don’t mind moving away from the first-party options, you can get much better value for your money. This Saturndock Charger for Nintendo Switch 2 is usually $17, but has a little discount on it right now that knocks that price down to $15 instead. That’s a good price for another charger, so treat yourself.
More Power
This charger comes with both a block and a cable, which doesn’t sound like a big deal, but makes it a lot easier to carry around with you. The risk of damaging one where the cable is attached is very real, and also a constant source of pain if you end up moving around a lot. It also means that if only one part breaks, you can just replace it, which can be a good way to save money down the line, if something does happen. Not that these should break any time soon. Plus, the cable is five-feet long, so you’re getting a lot of room to work with as well.
It has a 60W output as well, which means you’re going to be able to fast-charge your Switch 2. Just one hour of charging means an extra 50% power, and that’s a lot of gaming., You can also use it for a huge number of other devices too, thanks to the versatile nature of USB-C cables these days. It works while the Switch is in docked mode too, so you’re going to have no issues with this affordable charger.
Look, there’s only so much we can say about a charger. It charges things, it does it quickly, it has good safety features, and it’s down to just $15 right now. That’s an amazing amount of stuff for just $15, so if you want it, go ahead and get it right now while it’s on sale.
