Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, the shrunk-down version of Square Enix’s RPG with adorable characters and streamlined game play, is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, the publisher said today.
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition is an abridged Final Fantasy XV for players without the time, patience or attention span for the full game. What a brilliant idea.
Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition, the chibi version of Noctis’s rambunctious road trip, will be out on February 9. It tells the entire story of FFXV across ten chapters, with touch controls and adorable polygons.
Coming to iOS and Android later this fall, the chibi mobile version of Final Fantasy XV will cost between $20 and $30. The game’s split into 10 episodes. First one’s free, second and third are $.99 and the rest are $3.99 apiece. Or just buy the whole bundle for $19.99.
Now that it’s done Razer-ing the hell out of PC and console gaming, Razer is turning its attention to mobile. Launching on November 17, the $700 Razer Phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip, 8 gigabytes of RAM and the world’s first 120 Hz “UltraMotion” display. Candy Crush is going to run so well on this.
