Just in time for Hatred, an upcoming video game about a dude who goes around and mindlessly slaughters everyone, the video website Twitch announced last night that users will no longer be able to stream games rated Adults-Only by the ESRB.

Fearing an adults only rating would hamper sales in one of the game's biggest markets, Blizzard is censoring the South Korean version of StarCraft II, recoloring blood and removing vulgar language to secure a more family friendly rating.

Square Enix, the company best known for its Japanese role-playing games Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest games, is ready to release some of the more "extreme" games in The Land of the Rising Sun.
