Prime Big Deals Days event wraps up tonight, so if you haven’t grabbed all that you want, it’s better to do it now before the prices go back up or the stock runs out.
Among all the categories seeing price cuts, headphones are definitely worth checking out. We just spotted the Shokz OpenDots 2 open-ear clip-on earbuds available for 20% less at Amazon with a Prime-exclusive deal. These are now up for grabs for $160, and all five colors are part of the sale.
Good sound, great battery life
These open earbuds combine an open-ear clip-on form with contoured silicone that sits around your ears, plus a flexible nickel-titanium JointArc for a stable fit. The buds are pretty lightweight, so wearing them for extended periods won’t really feel uncomfortable, and you can keep listening to your favorite music for as long as you like. Plus, since these don’t sit inside your ear canal, your ears stay open to the outside world. This keeps you aware of what’s happening around you, while also listening to whatever’s playing.
Sound comes from custom dual 11.8 mm drivers that perform like one big 16 mm driver. These deliver sharp, clear sound for all sorts of audio content, from theme songs to energetic tracks, audiobooks, podcasts, calls, and more. There’s a redesigned diaphragm structure to reduce distortion in audio, which means you can expect cleaner audio even at higher volumes!
On top of that, if you’re a calls-over-text person, you’ll appreciate the three microphones in each bud that isolate your voice from all that’s happening around you and deliver it clearly on the other end. What’s more, both the buds are exactly the same, so you can wear them interchangeably without figuring out which one goes where every single time! It just makes things easy, so you can start/continue your listening sessions quickly.
Another standout? The exceptionally long battery life. These compact buds can be used for 10 straight hours on a full charge. The charging case stretches that up to 40 hours. Plus, if you’re ever low on battery but also need to take your buds along with you urgently, a quick 5-minute charge can give you two more hours of listening.
There’s a lot more to like here, but to wrap everything up, if you want to invest in a pair of open-ear earbuds that check all the right boxes, we recommend considering the Shokz OpenDots 2 open-ear clip-on earbuds. These are now available for $160 on Amazon to Prime members, after a nice 20% discount.
