The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag 2 tags make it easy to keep an eye on the whereabouts of your essentials through your phone. These offer multiple tracking methods and feature a long-lasting battery that keeps them going for up to 500 days!
A pack of four is now available for only $69 on Amazon after a nice 31% discount. This works out to just a little over $17 per tag. A single one of these usually retails for $30, so grabbing them in a bundle saves you a pretty decent amount. You’ll just need to hurry to grab the offer, as it could end soon.
Multiple ways to track down your essentials
These tags can be attached to your essentials or dropped in bags, so you can keep track of your keys, wallet, luggage, backpack, purse, water bottle, and other stuff. There’s a built-in loop that makes it easy to slip key rings and lanyards through your tags to attach them, so you won’t need a separate case either.
Once you’ve put them in place and activated the tags, there are a few different ways of tracking your stuff. If you’re looking for an item that’s likely nearby, the Search Nearby feature gives guided instructions to its location via Compass View. Still can’t see it? Maybe it’s hiding under the cushions or placed somewhere in a drawer. When this happens, you can ring your tag to have it deliver an audible signal, then follow the sound! For items farther away, activating Lost Mode can help. If someone comes across the tag and scans it, they will be able to see your contact information and hopefully reach out.
The tags are pretty sturdy with an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating, so you also won’t have to worry too much about the weather conditions affecting the functionality. The battery can last up to 500 days without needing a replacement, or even up to 40% more with the Power Saving mode. This is something that’s especially going to come in handy if you ever lose the tag for a while, as it’s likely still going to have enough battery for you or someone else to find it and bring it back to you.
The Galaxy SmartTag 2 is compatible with Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets. You can now pick up a pack of four for only $69 at Amazon. The bundle includes two white and two black tags. If you only need one and don’t want to spend extra on a bundle, Amazon has also discounted the single tags, which are now available for $27 (each) instead of $30.
