We are heading right towards the holidays, and that means we’re all going to need to look for present ideas, and probably very soon. It’s alright though, because we’re already checking out all sorts of great deals you can potentially pick up for your loved ones, and today, we’ve found a discount on a massive Lego set. It’s one for all of the magic fans out there, and they’re sure to love it.
There are a lot of Lego Harry Potter sets, but not many of them are quite as impressive as this Hogwarts Castle And Grounds Set. This is one that would normally cost you $170, but thanks to the 19% discount it has right now, you can get it for $137 instead. That’s a decent saving, so if you do want to get it, now’s you chance.
It’s Magic, You Know
This set has a massive 2,660 pieces. It’s a monstrous thing that’s going to take you a fair while to build, even if you’re working perfectly with someone else. It’s worth it though, as the level of detail in and on the castle is unmatched, making sure you finish things off with a beautiful set from any angle. The castle is definitely the main draw here, but it also has some cliffs, a ship, and even a flying carriage as well. This is one that’s meant to be displayed in general though, so it’s aimed at older Lego builders. We wouldn’t recommend getting a four-year-old to try and build something with this many pieces anyway.
There are even some rooms hidden away in the rocks, showing off things like the Chamber of Secrets among other places. It’s a real love letter to the series, and it also has a gold-colored Hogwarts minifigure you can place down to make it look a bit fancier. It comes with a nameplate as well, just in case you forget what it is for any reason. There aren’t many sets that have this much detail on such a large space, and it’s a must-have for fans of the books.
This is a lovely Lego set, and it’s one that’s even better while it’s on sale. Everything is better on sale, to be fair. The $137 price tag probably won’t last for long, but while it’s here, it’s one you should definitely make the most of, if you want to pick it up. So, be quick about it.
