Kotaku Brasil, She’s Alive!

Kotaku Brasil is officially live!

If I could samba, I’d be doing that right now. But I really, really can’t. So instead I’m checking out stories that make it look like everyone at Kotaku suddenly learned how to write in Portuguese… over night! It’s almost like the web version of watching Leave it to Beaver in Spanish. It’s hypnotic.

Of course all of that fluency is actually the hard work of Kotaku Brasil’s editor Renato Bueno and his team. Bueno says that during the site’s short beta it received nearly 90,000 visits and more than 100,000 page views. Pretty kick-ass.

I look forward to reading more of their original stories based in the land of Ferreira Gullar, bossa nova and sexy, sexy dancing.

Here’s a little break down of the many languages and takes of Kotaku, for those interesting on going on a little tour of our estates:

Kotaku U.S.

Kotaku Australia

Kotaku Japan

Kotaku Brasil

Enjoy and good luck Bueno, it’s going to be a fun ride.
