Jinsei Owata no Daibouken

Jinsei Owata no Daibouken is a side-scrolling Death Game based on memorizing patterns and overcoming unpredictable and irrational traps that will constantly cause the player’s death, in a world built solely by ASCII art characters. In this action game developed by indie game producer King Soukutu, you control the character Jinsei Owata through stages that are very reminiscent of the style of classic Megaman.
TBAOOL also served as a great inspiration for the creation of other sadomasochistic games, such as IWBTG and Syobon Action.
