If you’re tracking your outdoor workouts, dual-band GPS is the most important upgrade. This watch uses two frequency bands, L1 and L5, and pulls signal strength from five separate satellite systems, so you stay on track even in downtown areas or under trees where a single band can lose lock. With dual-band GPS, you can expect your pace and distance numbers to match what you would see on a run or walk course map more accurately.
This version of the watch also includes a four-channel heart rate monitor.
