If you ever need advice on what to eat in Tokyo, you can always ask Drew Barrymore. She sure knows.

Recently, the actor and movie producer was in Tokyo and uploaded a series of photos of her culinary adventures to Instagram with the hashtag #tokyofoodtour.

So! One morning, Barrymore's breakfast looked like this.

She had some robatayaki—which you should definitely try if you are visiting Japan.

Barrymore got some Krispy Kreme, which is fine. Though, my personal recommendation would be Mister Donut. Mister Donut is so fucking good.

Early morning ramen at Tsujiki Inoue.

What makes Tsukiji Inoue restaurant unique is that it's open from 4:30 am to 1:30pm. The reason why is that it's located near the Tsukiji fish market, which is open before the crack of dawn. Because of that, this ramen restaurant is open during the hours fishermen work, serving up quick, hot meals before the break of dawn.

And what trip to Tokyo would be complete without a snapshot in Shibuya's scramble crossing?
