oo yes, DQVII is so great. I know the length can be a deterrent for some but I was so engaged that it didn’t matter. I’m used to playing really long JRPGs so I already know what to expect. Read more

As much as I love DQVII (it’s my favorite!) I completely understand why it’s hard to get through. DQ games are loooong. The battle system is pretty simple. But with DQ games, they’re comforting to me. I know I’m getting a good story but I also know I might have lots of fights to get into. Read more

Yeah, I liked doing the post-game too but I agree, there’s something lost for some of the stories in post-game. Erik’s story is a great example which I was going to highlight here but opted not to. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on it. Read more

Thank you for the advice! I’ll definitely boot it up. It’s funny though, right? I can spend 140 hours with Dragon Quest but just the pre-knowledge of having to see credits roll multiple times bothers me, when it really shouldn’t. It’s all in my mind and I need to stop letting that be an issue when it really isn’t. Read more

This is an excellent read, Geebs. Thank you for sharing. I need to get to watching this show. I know, you’ve been telling me for a while now. >.< Read more
