I don't have any insight, personally. It's an interesting fact. I'd be unsurprised if a lot of DLC is a mixture of downloaded assets, and repurposed assets that shipped with the game, though. Read more

More likely they'll create a CPU from scratch that's based on an evolution of a mobile design, taking some of the advantages (low cost, low power consumption, low heat production) and, as you say, overclocking the frak out of it, much more cache, etc. Read more
