Seeing as they've added alternative filters to Street Fighter IV, such as "ink" (being very comic book like), I could see the idea as realistic. However, looking as good as these preliminary images is well beyond what I would be expecting. Kudos if the Capcom devs could pull it off with an exceptional frame rate. Read more
