In Disney World, the drunk pirates firing guns at the very very end of the ride - after the jail scene - are gone. They’re the ones firing guns at the live gunpowder. They’re replaced by Johnny Depp singing to himself, surrounded by treasure.

Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris is its own thing, different from the Haunted Mansion in CA, different from the Haunted Mansion in FL and Tokyo, and different from Mystic Manor in Hong Kong. Paris’s Phantom Manor has an old West theme, and it even has its own unique Stretching Portraits:
