Oh man I was thinking about the exact same Splinter Cell stuff too! Also generally love the structure of a Wick shootout: he comes in with a full loadout and works his way down until he’s got nothing left but his hands to wreck dudes with, which is a fun way to think about video game encounters. It’s kind of in the middle. Not hard at all until later in the game when more powerful enemies show up, and even then it’s mostly fine unless you’re stuck with little ammo/resources—which can happen if you’re not careful and don’t stock up before going out on missions. Read more
