Most of what we know about the Geth came from ME2. Before that, they were just plain soulless robots who really hated organics and showed up as pointless filler enemies. In ME2, they were replaced with mercs and collectors. In ME3, they seem to be using the "once considered invincible" reapers, faceless Cerberus… Read more
