I actually bought Civ Rev for my iPod Touch last year. I ended up uninstalling it in moderate disgust. Of the three difficulty settings, the 3rd setting is almost impossible to lose if you're doing it right. The AI wasn't anywhere near smart enough to keep up with a human. Read more

It stars Oddjob, so I'm happy.

A very good "dumbing down" of Civ. I really don't mean that as an insult either! It is very solid, I fired it up on my Xbox just last week instead of reinstalling Civ5. Read more

I played the hell out of Civ Rev for the DS on vacation this year. It plays like an upgraded Civ 2, and it's one of my all time favorites. Read more

what I didn't like about this version was the fact you couldn't just play a game without other civilizations. On PC I always made my own map and explored it slowly for weeks. Read more

Check out the trailer from 2013. As you can see, the game was literally Minecraft in space.

I would back this if I had the money, looks outdated sure but it also looks like fun and I would definitely give it a shot. The FPS parts reminded me of System Shock 2, which I'm currently playing for the first time (as well as Psychonauts) while I wait for a patch for Watchdogs. Read more

Isn't Space Engineers survival mode basically minecraft in space? Read more

Is it weird that when I read "Minecraft In Space" with an echo similar to what is done on this sketch from the muppet show?
