You’re probably right, which is why I’m bummed. I think RTS games had/have amazing storytelling capabilities that MOBAs don’t really...but they’re always treated as vessels for the multiplayer experience and little else! Read more

I’m aware of AoS (I’ve made that same correction in the comments of my posts!) but I consider it to be more of a stepping stone towards what we now consider MOBAs than a full-blown MOBA in its own right.
