@walls99: I count. I count backwards from 100 and then back up from 1 to 100 until I lose count and fall asleep. I try not to think of anything else because I suffer from insomnia and PTSD with GAD so if I start thinking about anything it'll trigger a panic attack and I can't sleep. I'm a freak, I know.
