RDNA 4 offers ray tracing upgrades over its predecessor, and the architecture provides improved AI acceleration for upscaling. Vents were also added to the card’s backplate, allowing additional airflow. ASUS has implemented an adhesive called GPU Guard on all four corners of the die and included a bracket to evenly distribute mounting pressure across the entire surface area.
The 2.5-slot design will fit most cases on the market, where other cards in this class take up space in a three- or four-slot configuration.
