What makes this unique is that Anker separated the ports into two different zones. Above the desk sit two AC outlets and all four USB ports, where devices that are frequently connected and disconnected will be located. Below the desk are four additional outlets for items that don’t move as often, including monitors, speakers, and docks.
One USB-C feature is high-speed charging thanks to Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology. This technology lets a single USB-C port deliver 70W of power to charge most laptops.
