Amazon’s Fire TV Soundbar Plus delivers clearer voice, deeper bass, and a more immersive Dolby Atmos and DTS:X experience from a single 37-inch-wide soundbar. The soundbar’s 3.1-channel configuration includes a dedicated center channel for voice reproduction and an internal subwoofer for added bass response. This delivers better sound quality than your TV speakers alone. You only need a single HDMI connection to set up the soundbar, and you can use your Fire TV remote to adjust its settings.

The Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus is down to $190 on Amazon, from its usual $250. You’re saving $60, which is 24% off.

A 3.1-channel soundbar with a built-in subwoofer and Dolby Atmos

The Fire TV Soundbar Plus was designed to improve your TV speakers without installing a full home theater system. Your new Fire TV Soundbar Plus includes a 3.1-channel soundbar with eight total speaker drivers, support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, DTS TruVolume, a Dialogue Enhancer, four different preprogrammed sound modes, adjustable bass and treble, HDMI eARC and optical inputs, Bluetooth streaming capability, and a USB-A port, all housed in a sleek black finish.

The Fire TV Soundbar Plus has three full-range speakers, three tweeters, and two woofers that combine for an enhanced listening experience. The center speaker keeps voices on screen, whether it’s a movie or TV show, even during loud scenes. Two woofers add low-frequency extension for more powerful bass, similar to a separate subwoofer.

The Fire TV Soundbar Plus supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, so you get immersive spatial audio in many movies, shows, and games. It also features automatic volume adjustment with DTS TruVolume. When you’re watching a commercial or another loud section in a show or movie, this automatically adjusts the volume. Along with DTS TruVolume, the Fire TV Soundbar Plus also has a Dialogue Enhancer feature. The Dialogue Enhancer boosts dialogue in your movies and shows and offers five levels to choose from, depending on how much you want to amplify it. This is especially helpful if you struggle to understand softer-spoken lines, accents, or dialogue buried in the scene’s music.

The Fire TV Soundbar Plus has four preset sound modes, Movie, Music, Sports, and Night, so you can tailor the listening experience to your preferences. You can also adjust the bass and treble independently through nine levels, giving you even more control over your listening experience. Night mode is particularly helpful if you want to keep conversations clear while keeping the volume down at night. As long as your television has an HDMI port that supports eARC or ARC, the included HDMI cable enables synchronized audio output. Alternatively, you can connect to your TV via an optical cable, stream music from your cell phone via Bluetooth, or play music from a USB drive. To expand your listening capabilities, you can add accessories such as a wireless subwoofer or rear surround speakers.

The Amazon Fire TV Soundbar Plus is a great option if you want a better listening experience for movies, TV shows, and live sports. If you rely heavily on closed captions or subtitles because the dialogue is unclear, it’s a good option for you, too.
