The PS Vita won't be out in the West until next year. But it will be out in Japan this year. But when?
Sony hasn't said yet, but it looks like Sony will be revealing the game's release date at this year's Tokyo Game Show, namely, Sony's TGS keynote "The PS Vita's Full Details".
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan president Hiroshi Kawano published a letter today in which he mentioned that it was revealed that the PS Vita will launch in Japan this year.
"Depending on when the official release date is decided, we will have more information at that time," Kawano wrote. "I think that announcement will likely be at TGS."
This year's Tokyo Game Show will be held from September 15 to September 18, with the Sony keynote kicking off on September 15.
