There are plenty of fighters in the world, but Fight Night Champion's Andre Bishop has one thing most others don't: The ability to stare intensely into the camera while delivering a motivational monologue.
Andre Bishop grew up in a gym. His pops was a fighter; a top ranked middleweight contender. He learned it from him. Or he learned the words from the script, written by Hollywood screenwriter Will Rokos. He crafted the story of a middleweight boxer from Philadelphia's rise from obscurity to fame that players will experience in Fight Night Champion's new story mode.
Having been born in Philadelphia myself, I have a thing for feel-good stories about Philly-based boxers making a name for themselves. I approve.

Fight Night Champion is due out on March 1, 2011 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
