Don’t get me wrong! I like McDonald’s as much as the next person. I also like how much better it looks as anime.

In Japan, the service at McDonald’s, and any another fast food restaurant, is generally quite good. The chain recently released a clip to, hopefully, inspire young people to get part-time jobs there.

In the clip, which was animated by the Tokyo-based Studio Colorido, a schoolgirl, played by AKB48 member Rin Okabe, gets a gig at the fastfood chain and overcomes her shyness as well as dealing with teens asking for a “free smile.”
