Then again, I'm not sure little girls should pose like little girls. So there!
Miracle Kawaii! Master Posing and Taking Pics is a guide book aimed at grade schoolers to show them the "cutest" way to appear in photos. The book looks to be rather in-depth, showing kids how they should curl their lips and open their eyes for maximum kawaii (cute). For example, in the images above, you can see duck lips.
Japanese comedy site Daily Portal Z decided to see if those same poses work for a 30-something year-old man. They do not.
Let's have a look.
The "a-ha-ha smile."
Ha. Ha. Ha.
Here's a wink.
Don't ever do that again.
And here's a slightly embarrassed smile.
I'm not sure what this guy is doing.
Let's see some more elaborate poses.
Okay, that's enough.
Here's a cute, spoiled-looking kid way to ask for something.
Officer, arrest this man.
You might think that one grown man doing these expressions is creepy. You are wrong. A group of grown men doing them is.
This pose is called "jumping with all your might."
This pose is called two jumping khaki versus one jumping jeans.
Here is the "friend star."
Let's pretend this never happened.
Looking down shoots like this, it seems, can be cute.
This isn't sinister enough.
There we go.
This pose is called "lots of faces."
Put your tongue back in your mouth, background dude!
