Day 9 of the Steam Sale is here and with it comes discounts on Transistor, Octodad and not much else worth writing home about. As with every other day so far, several of the prices are currently wrong on the homepage. The Alan Wake Franchise is actually $6, which is a good deal for those who missed past bundles. PayDay 2 is also a good buy at this price.

Borderlands 2 GOTY + second level cap increase dlc, and Skyrim legendary edition were the two things I wanted this sale for my second playthrough of each. KoA:Reckoning, KOTOR2, and an indie game were my impulse buys. Estimated total spent after selling cards all week (including a foil): about $30. Estimated playtime of all titles: 300 hours? 400? Maybe more if I grind endgame in BL2. A few games I left on the table, but I'm happy with my haul, and since my budget is tight will have to wait to get them during the winter sale.
