Saying they have a "Stunning Dystopian Sci-Fi Plot" might be a bit much, but I can forgive Fictiorama Studios for the hyperbole since their upcoming adventure game looks really cool.
Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes Today is a classic 2D adventure that's coming to PC, Mac and iOS. They say it features "space-time distortions, a dystopian atmosphere... and a dark, bloodstained plot".
The story is an interesting one; it's set in a bleak future where "A terrible pandemic is turning all of humanity into the Dissolved – the sick whose deliria provide them with supernatural cognitive powers... but also steer them towards a gruesome death."
Citing influences as diverse (within the genre) as Day of the Tentacle and Sanitarium, Dead Synchronicity is up on both Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight.
