They really are. Forget the sex and all that nonsense—it's not for everyone and not what this is about. Because intentional and not, these games have truly odd images.
Previously, Kotaku covered some peculiar adult games images. Here's another round of scenes and art from various Japanese computer games, whether they are straight up erotic games or simply "gal games."
Keep in mind that these kind of games are not mainstream in Japan. Moreover, many of these scenes were done as gags—they're supposed to be silly and goofy!
The images were rounded up on popular website Naver Matome. All of them should be work safe. That doesn't mean that they are brain safe.
