Axiom Verge is getting a sequel. Axiom Verge 2 was just announced during Nintendo’s Indie World showcase, and is coming Fall of 2020. It looks....like Axiom Verge! Hooray!

A new heist is being added to GTA Online next week. The new heist will task players with breaking into the recently added casino and according to Rockstar it will feature more options and choices than previous heists. It will be available on December 12 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers now has a Japanese release date and a brand new trailer. The musou take on Persona drops in Japan on February 20, 2020, for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It also looks slick as heck, as you might expect from a Persona 5 spin-off.

The PlayStation 4's firmware update 7.00 is set to launch this week. The update brings Remote Play to Android devices running Android 5.0 or later, adds DualShock 4 support for Remote Play, and increases the max party size to 16.

Rockstar is giving away $1 million of in-game money to everyone who logins into Grand Theft Auto Online between now and Oct. 2. The large sum of cash is being given away to celebrate the six-year anniversary of GTA Online. Players will receive the funds by October 9th. 

Anthem’s limited-time Cataclysm event is sticking around. Scheduled to end this week, EA Community Lead Jesse Anderson tweeted Wednesday night that a hotfix has gone live keeping the Cataclysm fully active and bringing back the seasonal store.

Haven Island, the next location in the Hitman 2 Expansion Pass, arrives September 24. Set in the Maldives and following up on the events of the previous Bank map, Haven comes with a host of new challenges and full support for Contracts mode. It also comes with this excellent new trailer.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood just got a little less frustrating. The game’s 1.05 patch—out now for PC and coming soon to consoles—comes with a bevy of tweaks, the biggest ones affecting enemy “bullet sponginess” and adding checkpoints. Still can’t pause in co-op, obviously. (Though you now can offline, thanks to update 1.0

The developers of Cuphead have made the game’s excellent soundtrack available for purchase as sheet music. It’s very cool to see they’ve made separate arrangements for high school jazz band, high school concert band, professionals, and barbershop quartets.

The Eternal Cylinder is the newest game from Ace Team, the makers of Rock of Ages. It’s a survival game where you play a cute round alien friend that must evolve and adapt to a hostile environment, but adorably. Looks neat!

Sony will be releasing the DualShock 4 in four brand-new colors this September: Rose Gold, Titanium Blue, Electric Purple, and Red Camouflage. Rose Gold fans get to double dip: The Gold wireless headset will also come in that color.
