Street Masters: Rise of the Kingdom is an attempt to take the underlying design of games like Double Dragon and Final Fight and turn them into a board game (with a lot of miniatures).
Designed by Adam and Brady Sadler, it’s for 1-4 players, and features both an “arcade mode” (for quick and random action) as well as a proper scripted campaign. Both task the player (or group of players) with taking on waves of grunts in a stage before grappling with boss characters.
Attacks are resolved with both cards and dice, while you can also earn tokens for blocking and defending, which add up to unleash special moves.

It’s asking for $60,000, and at time of publishing has picked up just over half that.
