Last night, (now-removed) footage of Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon broke out. It's likely the work of Russian hackers who found a way to trick the uPlay game launcher into thinking that they already own certain games according to Eurogamer—even if, in this case, the game isn't out yet.
The exploit allows users to download games for free and without DRM. Gameranx reports that this includes Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Because of this exploit, it's not surprising to hear that Blood Dragon has also been spotted on torrent sites.
Update - Ubisoft said the following to Kotaku:
"We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it quickly. No personal information was compromised. Uplay’s PC download service will be unavailable until the problem is fixed however all other Uplay services remain available."
