Activision's Tony Hawk reboot may not be the only virtual skateboarding game that the publisher ships this year, as video of an iPhone port of The video, by way of Giant Bomb, looks convincing enough to be the real deal. It also looks rather capable at bringing the nine-year-old sequel to the tilting, touchscreen iPhone platform, with on-screen and accelerometer controls. Graphically, it looks a hell of a lot like the Dreamcast version, the port in which I invested many dozens of hours.
Of course, that comparison begs the question: Do I really want to replay Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 on an iPhone?
