With all the character reveals, beta testing, and viral websites, one could almost forget that Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood has a strong single-player story mode. Here's a trailer to help us remember, and another story to go with it.
Speaking of brotherhood, I drove with my older brother Saturday to GameStop to preorder his copy of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Not a big gamer, my brother played through part of the second game, went back and completed the first, and is right now playing through the second game again, trying to make sure he gets everything completed in time for Brotherhood.
He's not a multiplayer gamer at all, so he plans of letting my nephew stay over to play multiplayer, while he completes the story mode himself.
He's already bugging me about attending the midnight launch. It's strange to see another member of my family (over the age of 16 that is) get this excited about a video game.
Every once in a while he'll call me over to his apartment to help him through a tough spot, and we'll sit there for a couple hours, trading the controller back and forth. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood might not launch until next month, but for us it's already started.
