The last time we featured the art of Nick Carver was in 2008, when the dude was looking for a job. Today, he seems to be doin' OK, as he's a senior artist at Blizzard.
Having spent over five years at Free Radical, later Crytek UK, Carver has been at Blizzard since 2009, where he's been working on the company's top secret successor to World of Warcraft, the MMO known only as Project Titan.
While that project obviously remains locked behind closed doors, Nick's other works are just wonderful.
If you're wondering where all these post-steampunk (note: not a real term) images come from, the majority of images below are from a personal project of his set in the alternate early 20th-century city of Dustrum, which is being made into a book and which looks amazing. (Update: Ah, it's called dieselpunk, thanks!)
You can see more of Nick's work at his personal site (thanks CAW!).
