As Kotaku noted this week, The Daily Beast reported that Oculus Rift founder Palmer Luckey has been “secretly funding” Nimble America, which it called “an unofficial Donald Trump group dedicated to ‘shitposting.’” Tonight, Palmer has commented on Facebook about his involvement.
Here is Palmer’s statement in full:
The original article stated, “The 24-year-old told The Daily Beast that he had used the pseudonym ‘NimbleRichMan’ on Reddit with a password given to him by the organization’s founders.”
As Kotaku reported today, several VR developers have decided to pull Oculus Rift support for their titles.
